Are you having a SURPAS event coming up? Whether it’s a SURPAS committee events or any other SURPAS sponsored events that will take place on or off of the Stanford campus, please let us know by filling the form here

THE SURPAS EVENT FORM NOTIFICATION HERE

Will serve as the official notification to SURPAS and should be submitted at least 10 business days (2 weeks) before the event date. Please be ready to submit your advertisement to surpas-announcements@lists.stanford.edu at least 3 days (72 hours) before your requested advertisement date.

  • If you require assistance from SURPAS leadership or funding approval, please submit at least 20 business days (4 weeks) before the event date.
  • If circumstances necessitate event planning within a shorter time line please contact the SURPAS Event coordinator (Rohini Datta) directly (in addition to submitting this form) to verify that there are no major scheduling conflicts or considerations that should be taken into account.
