💃 Science in Motion: Exploring Science Through Chinese Dance

In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore the intersection of science, art, and culture through dance inspired by Chinese cultural elements. Through movement, storytelling, and original choreography, we’ll experiment with expressing scientific concepts beyond words, figures, and presentations.

Hosted by Dr. Xiao Han, Postdoctoral Researcher in the Thomas Südhof Lab and Co-Founder of Science in Motion, a nonprofit science-art initiative exploring innovative approaches to science communication through experimental artistic expression.

✨ This is a beginner-friendly workshop with no prior dance experience required. Feel free to wear comfortable dancewear, modern dance attire, or traditional Chinese-inspired outfits, and dance barefoot or in socks.
