SURPAS Family Committee Parenting and Coffee Event for October
We’re excited to announce our next parenting and coffee event. This is a great event for parents, but also for individuals considering starting a family during grad school/postdoc to ask questions and build a parenting community.
This month, we will be meeting with the PRISM recruits and talking about resources for families new to Stanford. This time in collaboration with OPA, we will provide lunch and coffee!
When: Thurs October 13, 12 – 2 PM
Where: Alway Courtyard
What: Lunch and coffee. Informal advice swapping together with PRISM recruits and community building.
Who: These events are targeted toward graduate students and postdocs (of all departments). Generally, the conversations are most useful to parents (or parents-to-be) of young children.
