- IDEAL DEI Survey Committee update (Guest: Brian Cook, Director of Assessment and Program Evaluation, IRDS)
Future survey coming up with a focus on race and ethnicity. Harassment, discrimination and microaggression need to be part of that survey. All of that information needs to be public. What is the plan of action if we do that survey? The data will help shape this initiative. Data won’t be publicly shared but the reports will be. Brian was part of the AAU survey. For this survey, no third party will be included.
